May cilantro

Of all spices and aromatic plants, coriander (or cilantro) is the most generous for the variety of its aromas: everyone knows the difference in taste between the seed - for pickles - and the leaves. But did you know that the stalk and root offer yet other flavours?

This extract captures the taste of fresh cilantro (ie coriander leaves), so typical of Asian, South American and Moroccan cuisine. Our cilantro is harvested in May, when it is flowering.
